Shipping Responsibility
Once your order has been shipped, responsibility for the package is transferred to the postal service. We are not liable for lost packages unless you have requested and paid for insured shipping. In the event your package is lost, we will do our best to work with the postal service to resolve the issue, but please note that this process may take several weeks.
Return Shipments & Customs
The customer assumes full responsibility for all postal charges, return shipment costs, customs fees, and handling charges in the event they decline to accept a parcel due to import duties or taxes.
Custom Duties and Import Taxes
For orders outside of the EU, custom duties, taxes, or import VAT may be applied by your country’s customs authorities. Any such additional charges are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in the total price displayed at checkout. Regrettably, we have no control over these charges and cannot provide an estimate, as customs policies and import duties vary by country.
